The practice is currently inundated with calls for advice regarding COVID-19. Please do not call the practice for simple advice. The online resources listed below have all the appropriate up to date advice and guidance
www.nhsinform.scot or www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/
Do contact the practice if your symptoms are severe, if they are deteriorating, or if they have not resolved after 7 days.
We have been made aware of an issue with our online prescription request system.
Patients are not receiving the automated response to inform them their prescription has been approved as they once did. We are in communication with the website host and are seeking to resolve the issue as soon as we can
Please continue to order online as you would and we will process the request. There is currently a 1 week collection period from the time of medication request
We are able to provide video reviews of patients where necessary. If you are asked by the GP to take part in a video call please click on the link below:
Click start video call, fill in your details and the GP will then be able to see you and carry out the rest of the consultation via the video link
Please see our "Appointments" section by clicking the tab at the top of the screen.
Given the current pandemic we are speaking to patients via telephone and organising face to face reviews where there is clinical need.
We would remind patients that the chemist is available for minor ailments and opticians are available for any eye issues you may have.
After having a telephone discussion with the GP they may suggest a video call
DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY IN PERSON
As a measure to reduce spread of this infection all GP appointments will be carried out over the phone.
Thank you for your patience during this difficult period
